I have one, but the battery holds no charge whatsoever. I think it's 500mhz. It's a Compaq Armada e500. If you're interested, let me know and I'll give you the complete specs on it.

Okay then, I'll give you the specs when I get home. I just didn't want to waste my time if you wanted one with a working battery.

Sorry Vixen, no disrespect towards you... just couldn't resist.
You and I actually had some bartering going on back in the day as I recall.
Good luck with your search!

I have a few computers that might fit the bill...

I've got a compaq Contura 3/25 (386, 25 MHZ) with 4megs of ram. DOS 5.0 on a 200 meg HD (about, I don't remeber exactly what it is)

I'm using it with a universal power supply that I don't want to sell, but I'm sure I could find a power supply for it if you're interested. The power supply will cost a bit extra.

Battery doesn't work. The rest of the computer does.

I'd say $20. If you need a power supply, It will be $10 extra, IF I can rig something up.

I also have a micron Transport Trek2, I think 300Mhz PII. It has a cdrom and 64MB RAM, but no HD or HD caddy. It has a power supply and a battery that holds at least half an hour charge. 14.1 inch screen. Nice computer, just doesn't have the HD caddy.

$40 for the micron, with the power supply. It's at home, but I'll get it this weekend if you're interested.

I also have the bottom half of an IBM laptop, 300MHz or something. It works but needs a new cmos battery. It doesn't have a screen, though.

I have a powerbook 1400cs, and a bunch of parts for it, but that's out of the pricerange.

So, yeah, just let me know if you're interested.
