My roommate and I are planning on moving to St Louis, so our place will be available at the end of the semester. It's a two bedroom duplex on the corner of 18th and Forum. It's got a garage, fireplace, washer and dryer, two bathrooms, dishwasher, central air and heating, all that good stuff. We rent it through Arnold Realty - really nice people - and it's $525 a month.
