I will be graduating in December, and I need a roommate for August until December. I have 1 room available in my apartment (2 bed, one bath). Rent is $225/person, utilities are usually about $20-40/person. I am female and would prefer a female roommate. However, if push comes to shove, i'd be ok with a guy. I am a clean non-smoker, no uncaged pets are allowed in the apartment, unfortunately.
