Im posting this on behalf of someone. I can answer any questions you might have.
The room for rent is located at 1811 Vichy Rd. It's a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment. The room for rent will have the half bath attached. Room will be ready at the end of august. We might be able to work something out if you want to move in right away. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to campus. You would have a female roommate. She is on campus most of the time. The apartment is clean and very quiet.

The rent is $225 per person and utilities goes from $30-$50 per person depending on winter/summer. Apartment is pretty new, right by TJ. Just carpet cleaned everything.
