I ended up going on co-op this semester (spring '09) and need someone to move into my room in the house on 419 E 11th street. It is a six bedroom house with five people currerntly residing there. There are two bathrooms three living rooms and a decently large kitchen.

The rent is $280 a month flat rate (utilities included in rent).
