I will have a room available in a house for rent from now until August 15th. Rent is flat rate $280 (Utilities included in rent). It is a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room. As of right now, there will only be one other person living in the house over the summer, this is subject to change if more of the tenents on the lease decide to get people to take their spot for the summer.
