It depends on the bike, but I was looking for something around 50 bucks.

Try a resale/thrift/used/consignment shop.

There's one at 6th & Elm, I think, that has a mountain bike for $15 if I remember correctly. I was there two days ago. There's also Goodwill down 10th and Salvation Army on 4th.
