I am wanting a cross over cable to connect my laptop and desktop a little more conveniently than having 2 cables running through my room, but faster than wireless.

I dont have the tools or ends to make my own. I know its simple enough, but I would rather just see if I can get one, or Ill just buy one online if necessary.
