[spoiler]Why this house is awesome, and why you should live in it -

* House is located at 1601 N Pine Street. Look at google maps. Its literally right next to the EE building. If you want to be close to campus, this place is IT.

* House is owned by private landlord (Dale Wands), and the room comes with a loft, twin bed, and full dresser.

* Rent is $157, and with all utilities included, we pay an average of ~$220 per person, per month. This is fucking cheap.

* Comes with two crazy programmers for roommates, who not only bathe regularly, but enjoy video games and random, often bad movies. We also love beer. Oh, and we have two cats, who are attention whores and love people. :3 (Roomates also have responsibilities and go to bed at a reasonable time.)

SOOO yeah. Tell you friends! It's open at the first of August, by the 1st or 2nd if not sooner. PM me if you want it. :D

Although I have housing arranged already, I fucking love cats and bad movies. I might want to hang out sometime.
