I was wondering if anyone knew of a house within walking distance of campus that would be available for rent, me and 2 or 3 friends from my fraternity are looking to move out because of various reasons including money. I'd rather not deal with Investment Realty as I've had to break a contract with them already because the school found out I was living off campus, over 21 now so it doesn't really matter.
