If you've got a hardcover Phys 23 book, it is also a Phys 24 book.
If you went to the UMR Bookstore and got ripped off by buying one of the two paperback volumes and spending $95 twice for a new one of each when you could have bought both volumes together in one hardcover for $130...(granted you probably didn't know about this but..) then yes, you'll need a different book for Phys 24.
