I was wondering who is the best to take or at least which ones I should avoid. |

I think Shramm is the best for 111 or 112, Ridley is by far the best overall,but hes retired and only teaches 1 or 2 classes a semester. |

Ahmed is pretty good. Schramm is really good. Haven't had any others here. |

I will recommend McManus until the day I die. I know you asked for easy... he isn't the easiest, but he is BY FAR the most interesting and knowledgable. He usually just has two tests per semester and two short papers as your grade. The tests are pure regurgitation of what he's said in class, but you need to know a lot of the details he gave you. But like I said, his lectures are the most interesting I've been to here. |

I have McManus right now for Modern Western Civ and I really enjoy his class its based on 3 essay tests in which you pick from 4 questions and answer 2 its a good class to take and I would recommend it to everyone I know |

McManus is awesome. He may not grade the easiest, but oh, wow is he a great teacher. |

I would have to say Ahmad is the best history teacher I've had. She usually has a story about sex or drugs to go along with her lectures to keep them interesting. She doesn't like to go into details about wars, but i feel shes the best history teacher. |

Who can recommend a good 300 level history course to take, both in terms of being interesting as well as being easy. I need to take one to be a "well rounded student". |

it may not be the easiest class, but religion and witchcraft in early america is a great class. dr. gragg is really interesting, and he gave us like four weeks off ( its a night class ) and we only had to come for ten minutes those four weeks. |

I had Huber my freshmen year for HIST 176...it wasn't too bad. The tests involved a lot of writing, but if you go to class, you can get an A. |

I had Huber for Hist 176. I didn't think it was the easiest thing in the world, but we were rarely in there for more than 40 minutes and he's just a nice fellow. Quizzes were easy, the exams were not. If I could get an A, anybody could get an A...possibly. |

So McManus is a good professor? Good. He's who I have for History 280 next semester - "The American Military Experience." Has anyone taken this class? Any thoughts, comments? |

Gragg's a pretty good teacher. Not super easy but a good prof. |
