Is it just me or are the CSO's starting to be cherry pickers. I got a ticket at about 20 after then I noticed 2 days later they were out there at the same time. I mean if they really wanna catch someone not paying why don't they go at a quarter till or on the hour. Why the hell do they have to write tickets at 20 after. Horse Shit!

Don't the Narks have something better to do with their time?

Since I have over 10 tickets, they charge me an additional $20 per ticket. So each ticket I get costs me $40. I just park in the yellow zones. The CSO's can't do anything about it. And if you happen (it's rare in my experience) to get a parking ticket from RPD, a $5 fine is a lot cheaper than a $40 fine.
