Was watching VH1 this morning, and saw just a brief commerical about it. Only thing I really caught was the fact that PRINCE(!!!!!) was going to be inducted. I, for one, am outraged that they want to induct Prince the same year they finally honor ZZTop. If anyone sees this commerical in it's entirity, please post who all is performing and who is being inducted.

Do you know anything about Prince. The guy is pretty amazing, he can play like 30 instruments, and he was pretty ground breaking in a lot of ways. ZZ Tops, while sporting the same beard for so long is somewhat impressive, don't really hold much of a candle to Prince for his musical prowess.

Plus you gotta give the guy credit for getting Carmen Electra.

It's all a pointless joke anyway. "Hey, guess what douche, you win the 'yippee, people bought all your albums' award." Yeah, ZZTop is great or whatever. They need to shave, and Prince needs to pick a name. Morons.

yeah i think his music is more of early pop styles, but i don't think that is the criteria for the R&R H.O.F.

They (both Prince and Jackson) shoulda just been studio people, and not actual people we can see. Take Jackson's fake nose and Prince's ass-less pants and shoot them both to the moon!

I have family who live near Minneapolis, where Prince lives. Every year he throws a big birthday party for himself that anyone can come to, and he charges to get in. How bout that?
