Just a thought, I am new to Seek 42, but I read about a guy organizing a poker party on here, open to all, reply to seek 42 because e-mail was down. Could you do the same for a larger party? i.e. who would be liable if a large group of friends just hung out and happened to have music and happened to have beer and dancing? Would seek 42 be liable for contributing? Or, you could compile an e-mail list of people who regularly go, and just say, okay, lets hang out at such and such time at such and such place and then everyone would just meet there....maybe naive, but it works for drinking parties in the dorms....everyone just sends out an e-mail to a long list of friends.

Am I liable for people accidentally exposing their ears to sound or eyes to movies they download ?
Unless you're organizing a crime, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

There is a group that is non greek that "hosts" group gathering like that. They are the GDI. They usually have a get together about every two weeks. So you might want to look to them.
