JFK Reloaded. I want it. Where can I get it? Legal means only, of course.

bagvwf@umr.edu

Yea, I would be interested in a copy as well, unfortunatly the company that made the game quickly shut down its doors, so I'm not sure how to get it. Originally you could download the game and play around with it for free, but if you wanted to actually shoot the gun then you had to send them some money. The company actually had a cash prize of 100,000 US dollars to anyone who could recreate the original assassination with only using Oswald, but I'm not sure that you could even cash in on that now.

Oh, trust me, I know full well where it WAS.

I'd like to know where it IS.

I heard the game was crap, couldn't you just mod a more popular FPS to re-enact the scene for you? Although I suppose that might take a few more hours of your time.

I'm tempted to play with this in gary's mod

back-and-to-the-left + Havok + random explosions .... yummy

EDIT:

found a demo: http://downloads.gamezone.com/demos/t13009.htm
(has a few min wait time unless you sign up for something... but at least the link isn't broken)

and a hi-rez patch: http://www.freedownloads.be/downloaddetail/821 (link to actual demo on this one doesn't work)

only sucky thing is that it won't let you fire, being a demo

In searching for something playable I've become interested... bah ... must ... play!

And on the subject of legality, wouldn't this just be considered abandonware?
