I've got a great one, it's called The Wide Wide World. It's free, and really simple to install. All you have to do is open your door, and step outside. Leveling up takes awhile, but the possibilites of character development and world interaction are endless.
or, that same site has a good FPS. Its called "Find that stupid AC and shoot him in the face"
The weapons can be expensive, and the consequenses can be harsh. but it looks like a pretty cool game. Hope you get the new high score!!!

MMO look out for World of Warcraft and Guildwars when they come out.. guildwars will be subscription-free, so I'm particularly looking forward to that. Check out http://www.guildwars.com and download the beta client and play oct 29-31 I believe.
FPS.. Of course CS Source is supposed to come out soon (was supposed to be today I heard?).. but I'm not excited about that in the least. Tribes: Vengeance comes out next Monday.

If nothing's changed, HL-2 is due to come out a week before Halo 2 drops. Less than a month away. You don't have long, no need to to go blow up Valve. Besides, there are better computer hardware/software places to demolish, like Microsoft for instance.

If nothing's changed, HL-2 is due to come out a week before Halo 2 drops. Less than a month away. You don't have long, no need to to go blow up Valve. Besides, there are better computer hardware/software places to demolish, like Microsoft for instance.
Blowing up microsoft could quite possibly be the end of the world as we know it. Sure, they suck at almost everything they do, but they've gotten their grimy little hands in everything first-world business, including Macintosh. Their computers run the world.

Unfortunately that's so true. If Micrsoft actually had some competition, then we might actually have some decent operating systems in the world, and ones that don't require us to download dumbass service packs and updates all the time just because a certain corporation pays people to create operating systems, games, etc with some big ass screwups in the code just so we have to download the updates or go buy expansion backs and new versions of things. Its just annoying.
Maybe instead of blowing up Microsoft, we should just kill Bill Gates and a few other top execs.

Mechanical engineer said: "Hey! It has to be the transmission. Lemme fix it."
The electrical engineer didn't agree: "It's the battery probably. I will fix it."

i believe Tribes Vengeance is starting to show up at stores. . . . looks like a pretty awesome game. . . i haven't seen it released to the scene yet though. . .
