Well here is what you do...go to your xbox live tag in the loading screen of your box. Go to network settings or some bullshit like that. There will be a screen with IP and ETHERNET and MAC address slots. Dont worry about those. Look in the bottom right hand corner. It will say MAC and a bunch of bullshit which is the MAC address then register it with IT. AND YOU GOT IT

well i punched it all in and either no ones playing, which i find unlikely on a saturday, or i put in wrong mac address, my TV is fuzzy down in corner so im not 100% sure if its right one so i punched a couple of them in and i was curius how long it takes network to detect my new Ethernet entry on IT

It'd be immediate...but the other boxes have to have their MAC addresses registered as well in order for you to see them. PLUS, TONS of people went home this weekend.
this is reall frustering i should at least be abel to see your game closed off to new players but i cant, is there anything i can type in my command prompt to view all ethernet addresses linked through my router? ipconfig/all only shows my computers... (my problem is i cant accuratly read my MAC address on my xbox...)
