I was just wondering if anyone else was annoyed by the sand that is slowing covering the quad. It's been getting tracked into the building and into rooms. Just wondering if anyone shared the opinion.

I like the sand in my room. It makes me hot and wet.

get yourself a pair of sun glasses and sun tan lotion because you're never gonna get off that beach!

I recommend e-mailing kipk@umr.edu He likes to hear complaints about the Quad. Sometimes he is a little slow to act, but if you throw in a free 14 year old, you would be amazed at the results you can get.

First, find a really big, really hot oven. Or just build a bonfire.
Nezt, find some good, red Missouri clay and shape it into lots of little, yet deep ashtrays. Bake them in the oven or in a box underneath the bonfire. I reccommend a metal box.
Take all the sand that's spilled out of the volleyball courts and put it in the ashtrays, then sell them.
Use the money to buy lots of spray adhesive and clearcoat, and spray it on the remaining sand in the volleyball courts.

Or, you could just wipe your smegging shoes off when you go in the door.

Move to Holtman. No sand, alcohol permitted in your room, don't have to f*** with TJ people like GMF (though some TJ people are cool), all single rooms, and no whiny little freshmen. Costs less than TJ, too.

You have to consider the Kip factor though.

Kip just hates TJ like the rest of the Quad.
