i was wanting to play the new stuff at the following link and was wondering if all i have to do it drop them in my NES folder for them to work?

I could be wrong here, but just dropping some extra files into your NES folder won't cut it. From the short 5 mins of reading I just did, I would assume that you might be able to patch the roms you're wanting to 'hack'.

After patching the rom and dropping it back into your NES folder it should work.
