I just set up a computer (604e w/ Windows NT). I can't seem to get past the registration page. I registered it as r03rsaxvc.desktop.umr.edu, but even with ipconfig /release and /renew and reboots I still get the UMR IT page. Any ideas?

That's sick and wrong. What did it ever do to you to deserve that?!
Your NVRAM isn't flipping random bits in the MAC address, is it? How fresh is your battery?
You might do a little research into where NT stores it's DHCP cache. Probably the registry. Getting rid of it all by hand may be the solution if the command line tool isn't working.
If I remember correctly, the registration page should show the MAC address of the machine currently accessing that website in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
So, you could double check that you've registered the correct MAC address, and check to make sure that the registration page is seeing the same address as well.
P.S. You're not going through a router or something, right? Cause that changes a few things....
