I was wondering if anyone knows of substances that are black light responsive and can mix with water. This is for a little project of mine. I have already tried yellow highlighter ink, but cant get any other colors other than green and yellow, and any other color highlighter ink doesnt work right.
What I need is something that gives off a orange/red and blue glow. Anyone have any suggestions?

Only if you get it at the pumps at Co-Op. Yeah tax-free agricultural diesel. They dye it red so you can't put it in your 18-wheelers (or commuter vehicles) and evade fuel taxes.
