I have used one in reslife maybe? They were supposed to charge me like $3 a page, but they let it slide since it was a one time thing. A lot of times, banks will let you, if you have an account with them, for little or no charge.

Why not outlaw MURDER instead of trying to outlaw guns?
If you go to your department office, the secretary would probably let you use theirs. That is, if it's for university business, research, internship, etc.
