There should be a link on the right side. Look for the picture with the flash drive on it.

I'm not sure if this works, but the survey they ask you to fill out only takes like 2 minutes. I have a feeling that if it does work, though, the flash drive will only be like 16 mb or something like that.

yea, I filled out the application 2 days ago using a web email address. It does not say when you'll get the drive (i.e. 4-6 weeks) it just says Thanks for signing up. Little weird, but we'll see if it comes or not. Also it doesn't say the size of the drive, but it comes preloaded with a bunch of MS legal crap that is related to the promotion.

I'm pretty sure its legit, cause I finally got my IBM flash drive a couple of weeks ago (after a 5 month wait). The IBM was a 32MB with a video advert thing for their software hard coded in. It isn't bad, and it came with an extension USB cable.

My guess is that the MS one will be a 64MB, possibly 128 since they're so cheap now, with the same sort of advert built in.

Alright, I got the email etc, it just took 90 minutes.

Next we need a thread on how to remove all traces of M$ from said drives. :P

I got the email in my gmail account immediately. You have to click a verification link.

Or DHL. Because they're just as bad.

I made a junk account for it.

Already saw that awhile back.

I'm hoping I can overwrite it all. I mean, why take the time to fix the thing to not be overwritable? Preventing people like us from requesting them I guess.

If all else fails, you can send it back at Microsoft's expense....
