I recently got a decent mountain bike, but I have no idea where any decent trail heads are around here. Any one know of some decent ones? And directions to them.

Kaintuck Hollow in the Mark Twain National Forest might be what you are looking for. It is out by Newburg, probably a 15-20 minute drive from Rolla. I've been there hiking before and it is pretty nice, nothing extreme really (we are in Missouri) but some nice trails. Also, "Kaintuck" is a mispronunciation and misspelling of Kentucky...

I've never been on it, but I'm know Lions club park has a mountain bike trail, its pretty decent from what I've heard.
