Cheap:
17" CRT viewsonic $5 ?? OBO
19"KDS CRT 1280x1024@75Hz %15 ?? OBO

Free:
Compaq presario Celeron 667mhz (mini tower-ish)
gateway flexatxstc bro 1100 (smaller than a mini-tower) Needs new video card, but runs otherwise

I will be more inclined to give away the stuff if someone buys something also.
