Has anybody ever done this, or gone through UMR to do it? I'm attempting to look into it, but the UMR website doesn't say much, and the person that is in charge only talks to you by appointment in person or on the phone.

You are correct. Just go in and talk to Harold Tubbs. He'll talk to you for a short bit then give you a packet of all the info. It's not that great a system but i imagine because they deal with people coming to Rolla more thats where their mind is geared.
