Recently I started helping my friends with computer problems like cleaning off viruses fixing minor errors ect. (Things that most people from Rolla know how to do but non computer educated people dont.)

Anyway I was running a virus scan on a friends hard drive using McAfee and I came across 4 or so Trojan viruses and a ton of AdWare. I got everything cleaned, deleted, or quarantined, except one tricky Trojan. It says its write-protected. But I cant find it. Its path name is
Program Files\Common Files\--sembly\rundll32.exe
I cant find the file past Common Files. I really dont know what to do so any help would be awsome!

Try starting in safe mode and getting rid of the file.

yeah its best to run your hardcore virus scans and adware removals in safemode, less programs running and system dependencies or resources
