If it is in regards to there being 60 puppies in the vehicle, that is explain by the company that owns the truck being a supplier of puppies to pet stores.
If you believe that is all it takes to be a "hick", then you really need to go driving around because there are a bunch of people in the rolla area that personify "hicks" far more than the drivers of the truck.

doesnt this happen pretty much everyday? I mean seriously, there are hicks around here who kill anything that moves, we just dont hear about it in the new cuz they live in the middle of nowhere.

For people who live "out in the middle of nowhere" and have chickens, rabbits, and/or horses, many of those "anything that moves" can cause serious damage, like opossums, weasels, stray dogs and cats, wild bobcats, chicken hawks, etc. Many others are good food (antibiotic free, not genetically modified, free-range, pesticide free) during the appropriate season. Pretty much "anything that moves" is either a pest that's dangerous to your food, or is itself food.
Don't judge someone else's lifestyle just because you don't understand it.
