I am sure many of you use the internet for buying books, but how many of you sell your books on the internet? I added up how much my books were from the bookstore and was pretty sad. Then I listed them on Amazon.com and made more than twice that amount. (And on almost every book, I was the cheapest there.) I knew that the bookstore stunk, but I didn't realize that you could make so much more on the internet so easily...

It is too easy to get F'ed on eBay. I ALWAYS sell on Amazon. You get to more people I think.

I buy from Amazon, eBay, etc, and sell to the bookstore. I can't be bothered with selling online, and the bookstore is quick and easy. Plus, sometimes I come out ahead (One of my books cost me 6 bucks on eBay and the UMR bookstore bought it back for 50)

Odd... I was always under the impression that they wouldn't let you sell a book to them without having purchased it from them originally. Perhaps that's a misconception I had.

Nope, they'll take them. They won't take international editions though.
