Does anyone know how to use p2k commander for a phone that is connected over bluetooth?

I think the consensus is that you're better off using a cable.

Are you working on a Motorola? Motorola Phone Tools will let you transfer multimedia stuff (pictures, videos, and ringtones) over Bluetooth and it will get everything in the right place. It's not free, but that doesn't mean one can't find it on the series of tubes.
