Why would he be doing that? One would assume if he created the system of tubes known as the internets, he also created the content contained within right?

I thought "internets" were the things your staff sends you through these tubes. This is all so confusing.
All you need to know is that when a big truck dumps on the tubes, your internets can take up to 5 days to get delivered.
