Sometimes the UMR webservers just won't work. At times like this, good luck getting anything under http://www.umr.edu, unless it's a department, e.g. http://www.ece.umr.edu, or something like the mail servers. Which is strange, because usually it's the POS Dell/Windows mail servers that are dying on us.
You can check out
http://usenet.umr.edu/cgi-bin/news-view ... c.announce to see the list of things they've done. It's kinda sad.

remember kids, rocket, saucer, and all those other pretty machines are running apache too, so if you cant get to http:///www.umr.edu/~whatever, you can always go to http://rocket.cc.umr.edu/~whatevr, and get the exact same thing!
