I think there's a woman in Fulton and someone in Norwood who do it. I can't remember their names, so you'll have to ask at the front desks.

Last time I used the campus Notary, she was upstairs in UCE.

Now she's downstairs in University Center East. Or I believe the Phelps County Bank can do it.

Any bank where you have an account should do it for free.

You go down Rolla street (I think that is it, it is the one that starts on Pine where Pine starts being one way, you follow it down the opposite way of pine) continue down the one-way street until until the 4-way stop several blocks down, then Rolla street goes to two-way. Continue down Rolla, go over the RR tracks and the courthouse is a big building on you right...

If I remember right, the last time there was an election and I got an absentee ballot, someone in the SUB office was offering free notary service for people voting.

Hmm....well, the courthouse is like 2 minutes from my house so I'll probably just take it there once I get a chance.
