Hey I'm looking for a place to stay after spring semester. I can afford up to $350/month including utilites. I don't care if I'd be staying with guys or girls although I am a chick. I'm a pretty cool laid back girl, I do like to party quite a bit...I'm a badass cook, and am pretty neat/clean. There is the possibility that I would be bringing a hamster into the house, he's a cripple so there is no chance he could escape from his cage... Let me know if anybody is graduating and has room. I would offer my place, but I don't really know what our summer setup is atm. I'll ask though.

We'll have an open room this summer. Rent and utilities depend on how many people will be here over the summer, it shouldnt exceed $350/month. Nice house, close to campus. We party every now and then. The housemates are nice and the neighbors are quiet (well.. most of the time). Hamsters are not a problem (we have a house pet, even if he is human). I'm hoping to get something that'll last quite a while. Beyond summer definitely.

My roommate and I are leaving in May, we have an apartment right across the street from EE. This may be a bit more than your budget, but rent is $350 a month, and depending on what you get for utilities it could be around $500 a month or so. Of course if you find a roommate to split the cost with then it will go down.
