 Post subject: Alternative to netwatcher pro ?

Netwatcher Pro works but is proving to be bothersome when it comes to doing anything other than leaving it minimized. It tends to hang up and be unresponsive at times and is a general pain to work with. Are there any other free, windows-based network monitoring programs out there that anyone could reccomend to replace netwatcher pro?
