My wife and I are looking for an apartment, something available by Jan 1 (but preferably by Dec 15).
Ideally we'd like a 2-bedroom close to campus, but I'll consider anything that's open. We don't mind subleasing a nice, vacant apartment, or even a duplex (just as long as we're not sharing living spaces).

apt just opened up right next to me... its not close to campus... only a mile... its just past walmart off 63... its behind mandrin garden off houston..
i believe its a 2 bedroom apt.. rents right around 400.. it might be bigger then mine though so rent may be a lil more... good apts though, and great landlord..

My wife and I rent from Williams Rentals, he is the best landlord I've ever delt with. Super friendly and helpful. I don't know if he'll have anything open but its worth a shot. His number is 364-9684.

My landlord is supposed to have some stuff opening up around that time, you should give him a call at 573-364-0399 or 573-368-1183 if you are still looking. Everyone I know of likes him except Silentvixen, and you will have to ask her why she felt that way. I think he is a great guy, and a great landlord. His name is Louis Watkins by the way.
