So I just saw some of the banners today on campus. Do my eyes deceive me? Shinedown AND Trapt coming to Rolla for a concert, during St. Pat's, and for only $10? Could St. Pat's get any better?

Can't wait. I'm not a huge Shinedown fan, but I saw them in concert last year and they put on a great show!

With special guest Modern Day Zero. I think I'm more excited about them.

Umm.....they suck NOT live too, but at least it's some big bands so people can stop bitching about how we don't bring any popular bands here. (by "we" I mean UMR, I'm not part of SUB)

At this rate, 100th St. Pats should be insane.

Was thinking that the whole time, but yeah, at least they're a "name" band... Was really pulling for some Irish punk, but alas.

i think i remember gagging a little bit when i saw the posters, but then again, if thats your type of music, go for it (but if we can get these bands i'm sure we could have gotten dropkick murphy's or something along those lines)

My 21st birthday occurs that week. I predict my own death about ten times over.

Oops, I meant this year.

Just to go for broke here... Say for the 100th St. Pats...

What does a big name band cost to bring to Rolla??

Say like Green Day, or Smashing Pumpkins...

$100,000? $200,000? Or More?
