does anyone else know much about this Internet 2 project that CIS is talking about? their webpage says it should have been providing much faster connections to the university as of August 1, 2001...hmmmm...
I really don't see the faster connection and have been thinking of hooking up my dialup because of the superslow speeds we are getting now.
Also if you look at the meeting notes we are paying $55,000/year to join this new and exciting service, which seems to be bogging us down more than it helps...is their a way we can get our money back?
