Because the we have nothing better to do than catch people like you who think that the parking laws mysteriously dissapear after a certain time at night. That's all it is my friend.

Generally, the only time the parking lot is full is on the weekends. If your friends have nowhere to park, have them go park on 16th street (in front of EE). Or, you could give them your hangtag and you could go park on 16th street.
Just stop parking in front of my house. Park in the lot on weekends accross from EE, not over off 18th and Elm. Local residents can't even get a parking place on their own block. And from now on all cars left for more than 72 hours will be ticketed by the City. Cars belonging to persons living in houses near their car however will not be ticketed. SO THAT POS NEON that never moves is gonna get Ticketed. fool

The parking complaints around here are interesting. I spent spring break in Seattle where there doesn't seem to be parking for anyone anywhere. If you don't have an apartment with a parking space, your choices are either paying $13 a day to park in private parking lots or moving your car every three hours in the timed public parking. It really sucked. Helped me realize that it really isn't that bad here..
