I have to take Business Law (230) next semester. For those who have already taken this class, do you have any thoughts on which teacher is the best? I think Eric Anderson teaches the afternoon class, and John Wiggins teaches the night class.

What kind of class is this? (easy/hard, homework, no homework, etc)

I'm taking it with John Wiggins this semester. The entire grade is based off of tests, which means no work outside of class unless you feel like reading the chapters ahead of time, but also that you better not screw up badly on any of the exams. The teacher himself is a retired judge, so he has a lot of stories about the stuff he's teaching, but the material itself gets presented a bit too quickly to take perfect notes over unless you type them out on a laptop.

Also, a three credit hour class all in one night over material that I find rather uninteresting for the most part is fairly soul crushing (even with breaks every hour). We only finish significantly early on exam days, so don't take the night section hoping to finish a three hour class in one hour a week. Speaking of exams, they are a mix of vocab matching, true/false, multiple choice, and essay/problems, so pretty average on that front. He's a very fair grader, and will usually give you the benefit of the doubt on a question if you show that you understand the concept even if you don't remember an exact phrase that he's looking for.

Overall, he's pretty good, and I've heard Anderson is good as well, so it depends on your schedule. I'm busy when Anderson's section is, so that's what decided it for me.

Anderson is pretty easy. He actually does homework now but not much at all. We're only on our third assignment with the first being an in class group activity in which you got the points if you showed up.
