Ever since I installed and uninstalled darkbasic on my computer (Dell Running Windows Vista Home Premium), some graphics in games have been rendering incorectly. It happens in almost every 3D game that I have. The games still function correctly, and it does not appear for every texture, but some textures appear scrambled as the player moves closer to them. Also, when I ran some of the examples from the directx 9 sdk, the text was scrambled.

Does disabling Aero Glass help?

Try reinstalling the video driver and check to make sure that you are running in 32-bit color.
BTW here is a pick that I took of me playing BF2 that is messed up. The real question is can you see what isn't wrong with this picture?
Now see what happens when your PC is on ACID?
