I know that there is a jobs thread, but I have a specific listing, and am looking for certain criteria so I thought I would start a new thread.
Duties may entail one or any combination of the following:
-Skate guarding (Skate on a rink an make sure kids are not hurt, as well as handing out skates.)
-DJ (Extroversion a must.)
-Cashier
-Party Coach (Coordinate children's birthday parties)
-Go-Kart Operator
-Cashier
-Various other extra duties.
Reliability and Flexibility a must in regards to scheduling. Extroversion and people skills encouraged but not required.
Those interested please go to, "The Zone" skating rink. Located on Blue Lake Parkway or call (573)341-5700.

Well chances are that if 'they' will not let you then 'they' are above me. I am not much for "putting in a good word" simply because well frankly I do not know more then your avatar and your screen name. My advice would be to go in there and seek out the job on your own initiative to show them how much you want it. Leave your wife and all other help out of the equation. Hope that helps.
P.S. In rereading my post it came off a bit dickish. That was not my intent. Seriously, go in there and show them that you do not need anyones help to get a job.
