Has anybody else been disconnected from Xbox live? It happens to me sporadically, usually once a night for an hour. None of my other friends outside Rolla get disconnected when I do and my roommate can't log into his XBL profile either during that time. I only get disconnected when playing Halo 3.

Are you in the north or south tower? I am in south, and almost never have any problems. I play Halo 3 a bit, and that gives me no problems either. I did have problems going through my router here, but not plugged directly into the wall.

South Tower. I connect directly to the wall, usually in our room, but sometimes in the lounge. I've been disconnected at both locations.

Last year we were on 11, with no problems. And this year on 2. I'd say ask IT if they can come up with a solution. I don't believe that it is LIVEs fault.

We've had that problem in the quad occasionally..although it hasn't happened in at least a week. Don't know of any of my friends nearby having the same problem though.
