Not really sure but Elliot and I drove by a bit later and there were a lot of people walking away from it with slushee looking drinks, 2 per person.

Was a fraternity/sorority social.

I dunno, every time I go there, they're out of donuts, or they're closed (the sign said open 24 hours, they recently changed the sign).
