Isn't that almost always the case when it comes to seek vs craiglist vs ebay? The other difference though is that it's so much less hassle and there's understood rules to it that most people ignore when it comes to craigslist.

I think craigslist is only a hassle if you don't live in the city you are trying to sell it in. My brother has sold many items (including $500+ items) in STL and he hasn't had any hassle. Although all of my seek purchases (including love seat and dryer) were super painless.
