What are "1307" "1327" and those other numbers referring to? I tried to make something out of it in leet speak, but I couldn't figure anything out. Help?

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't it just their Pin numbers. For you non-greeks, that's the number that you where initiated into the house. So, 1307 is the 1307 person to be a member at that chapter.
