Since the South tower is being remodeled, they will be selling the furniture.
I know for sure that you can buy the desks, bed frames, matresses, and chairs.
Prices on everything are less than $10 each.

FYI, they are not selling the mattresses. Something legal is stopping them. IDK, but I'm 99% sure they aren't able to sell those.

It's illegal to sell used mattresses in Missouri. Bedbugs, scabies, and whatnot. Also why on earth would you want to. Ugh.

We ran into that when I was working for a furniture store. Best we could do was use the mattress for a floor demo.

I am smuggling my mattress into my room for next fall. It's an almost brand new mattress so I want to keep it. I don't know what the mattresses are like in my new room.

What about the wardrobes?

Wardrobes are getting the Ax, literally. They can't fit in the elevator very well, if at all. So they are demolishing them while they are still in the rooms.

... but I'll bet you'll still get charged if they came into your room after express-checkout and a wardrobe was missing.

yep. I was talking to someone and they said reslife was going to charge them $50 for a broken desk or something, but instead, he's just going to buy it for $5 and not be charged $50.
