So I need to replace a roommate that moved out at the end of this semester. There are three options on the rent. If you take one of the smaller bedrooms that shares a bathroom with one other person the rent is $200/month, if you want the master bedroom which is larger and has its own bathroom the rent is $300/month, and if you want to split the master bedroom with another person rent is $150/month. Utilities usually run between $60 and $90 a month per person with 3 people. Address is 2001 A. Vienna Road Rolla, MO 65401. Also the rental agreement is through Brown Rentals and both of the remaining renters are male.
