So isn't there a copyright infringment law that staes anyone who facilitates the ability to easily access Copyrighted material be held liable??? Think that is what has bit Napster in the ass
they r providing a peer to peer file sharing service. Napster got bit as an example but it is expensive and almost impossible to prosecute everyone. Winmx, Audiogalaxy, MusicMopheous, Mirc, Limeware, Bearshare, all make it pretty easy to exchange files. But until you download it and see what it is you can't be sure what they have is illegal software/music. seek42 might get busted one day but the companies have bigger fish to fry.
